Late at night when all the world was sleeping I came up and think of my highschool friends. I was from a birthday party in Tiendesitas with my highschool friends. My ex-small group members were there, I remembered the time while we were still in high school I always invited them every Sunday, and so, I again invited them. I remember when he was training me in our backyard during my early years in taekwondo he kept telling me "In taekwondo you need to beat up yourself." For me its not just in taekwondo nor in sports, I believe its the same way with us, on how we live our daily life. In work, in school, at home we need to beat up our self. After I've done my 100 kicks he followed up to tell me "See, how cheering helps". On that short scenario I grasp what he meant to beat up myself. It sounds deep and the meaning behind that is really broad.
