Passion

Late at night when all the world was sleeping I came up and think of my highschool friends. I was from a birthday party in Tiendesitas with my highschool friends. Where all of them kept on drinking and smoking, well that's the trend of the youth today. During the party, of course there were jokes, stories, and trips, while they were drinking and drinking suddenly the Holy Spirit (my teacher) told me "Hey Norman Vincent, its a good time to grab this oppurtunity to invite them again." My ex-small group members were there, I remembered the time while we were still in high school I always invited them every Sunday, and so, I again invited them. With their unpredictable answer, I didn't know if they will make it this Sunday or not, but I just did what the Holy Spirit told me to do. 2 significant lessons from Coach J2

I remember when he was training me in our backyard during my early years in taekwondo he kept telling me "In taekwondo you need to beat up yourself." For me its not just in taekwondo nor in sports, I believe its the same way with us, on how we live our daily life. In work, in school, at home we need to beat up our self. After I've done my 100 kicks he followed up to tell me "See, how cheering helps". On that short scenario I grasp what he meant to beat up myself. It sounds deep and the meaning behind that is really broad. He continued saying "If you beat up yourself you win overself." there are so many opponents and enemies that will come into our life but if there will be a hardest opponent in your that would be you.
